Every ring we make has a personal consultant behind it. Someone who understood what you were building towards before the first 3D render, and who still picks up long after the box has been opened. The resize. The annual clean. The question you didn’t know to ask until six months in. All of it, the same person, the same team.
Not only do we quality check every ring and diamond five times before it reaches you, but every resize and annual service is carried out at our own workshop in London, by the same craftspeople who made it.
